For the vaccination of healthy newborn calves and pregnant cows as an aid in preventing diarrhea scours caused by Bovine Rotavirus and Bovine Coronavirus. Contains penicillin and streptomycin as preservatives.\nDosage For active immunization, rehydrate and administer Calf Guard orally, 3 ml to newborn calves, as soon as possible after birth. For passive protection of calves, vaccinate cows in the last quarter of pregnancy with two 3 ml intramuscular vaccinations 3-6 weeks apart; ideally, the second dose should be within 30 days before calving.
