DREMEL FINE-GRIT DRUM SANDER

Turn your Dremel rotary tool into a versatile sanding machine with the 407 1/2 In. (12.7 mm) Sanding Band & Drum Mandrel. A sanding drum mandrel holds a sanding band covered with aluminum oxide. Sanding bands can be used to remove finishes, remove rust from metal surfaces, or rough shape and smooth on wood, rubber, fiberglass, metal, and other soft materials. The flathead end of the wrench included in most rotary tool kits can be used to loosen or tighten the screw of the drum mandrel to secure your sanding band in place. The 407 includes one replaceable coarse 60 grit sanding band. The drum mandrel is compatible with all Dremel ½” sanding bands including the 408, 432, and 445.
