Scotts® Turf Builder® Grass Seed Pacific Northwest Mix is designed for full sun and partial shade, and has medium drought resistance with high durability. It can be used to seed a new lawn or overseed an existing lawn. For best results, apply in the spring or fall when daily average soil temperatures are consistently between 55°F and 70°F or air temperatures are between 60°F and 80°F. We recommend using a Scotts® spreader to apply this product (please refer to spreader settings on product label). How to Use
- PREP New Lawns Rake area to loosen the top layer of soil (approximately 2"" deep) and remove any dead grass or debris, ensuring seed-to-soil contact. Overseeding Mow lawn at the lowest setting and bag the clippings. Rake to remove debris, dead grass, and loosen the soil, ensuring seed-to-soil contact.
- APPLY Use a Scotts® spreader to apply the seed at the recommended spreader setting.
- RAKE Lightly rake the seed into the soil to ensure seed is covered just beneath the soil surface.
